I have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and the application of Neuroscience in Psychotherapy. I am a professional, ethical and genuinely empathic therapist who will listen without judgment.
If your General Practitioner has placed you on a Mental Health Care Plan you are eligible to claim a Medicare rebate on ten 50 minute appointments per calendar year. Depending on your level of cover, some private health insurers provide rebates for accessing Clinical Psychologists. Speak with your health fund concerning what services you may claim.
24 hour notice must be given prior to cancellations.
The full fee will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your booking. Please note that you cannot claim Medicare on missed or cancelled appointments.
I commenced working in the area of mental health in 2000 and have been practicing as a Clinical Psychologist since 2006. I was employed by NSW Health working in community mental health teams in urban and rural hospitals for over 8 years prior to commencing in private practice in 2013.
My Qualifications are; BA Psychology, Grad Dip Applied Psychology and Master of Clinical Psychology. I am an AHPRA registered Psychologist (PSY0000986650) and AHPRA Endorsed Clinical Psychologist.
